Niamh joined the team in November 2022 after graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in Fine Art. With a creative background in design and project coordination, she provides a range of support across all departments as part of the Operations team.

Niamh developed a love for performance art from a young age through dance and musical training and is passionate about the delivery of Phoenix’s Learning & Development team to engage young people in the creative arts.

Niamh is also an active member of the organisation’s Environmental Sustainability committee, working to making Phoenix Dance Theatre a sector leader in environmental practice. Alongside other committee members, she promotes sustainable actions through our membership with SAIL (Sustainable Arts in Leeds) and is eager to put our environmental responsibility as a cultural organisation at the forefront of all Phoenix does.

Outside of the office, Niamh is engaged in various artistic projects, volunteers in the Choir of Leeds Minster, and sings in an indie-folk group.
