Phoenix Dance Theatre are excited to offer creative dance classes for young people with additional needs aged 6 – 18 years, thanks to funding from the Leeds Short Breaks Partnership.
Designed to be fun and energetic, these sessions give young people the opportunity to meet others interested in dance, learn new skills and perform.
6 – 10 years: 14.30 – 15.30
11 – 18 years: 16.00 – 17.00
25th April – 4th July 2015 (10 weeks)
26th September – 5th December 2015 (10 weeks)
9th January – 19th March 2016 (10 weeks)
Due to changes in our funding, from April 2015 we will request a contribution of £25 per term (£2.50 per session) per participant to attend. Whilst this is no longer free provision, we have done our utmost to keep this cost as minimal as possible. We do not wish fees to deter a young person from attending, if required please contact us to discuss possible options.
Young people are welcome to attend alone or with a parent/carer for one-to-one-support. Our staff are very experienced in dealing with a range of physical and behavioural needs.
Admissions are taken year round subject to availability. For more information or to book a place, please contact the Access and Education department by calling 0113 236 8130 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
