Phoenix Dance Theatre is looking for an experienced and talented Executive Director to join our diverse team.

You will have a minimum of five years experience in a leadership role with a rounded knowledge of finance, processes, culture and governance. The successful candidate will be someone who is values driven and is excited by the opportunity to lead an award winning contemporary dance company to maximise reach and impact.

You will be required to work alongside the Artistic Director/CEO and will lead on strategic planning to support the company’s artistic ambitions, as well as being responsible for financial and operational management.

Phoenix Dance Theatre is based in Leeds’ cultural quarter on Quarry Hill, in a state of the art dance hub. The space is shared by Phoenix Dance Theatre and Northern Ballet.
