Our Junior Dancer Programme aims to provide employment opportunities for junior dancers, to help bridge the gap between training and career, and provide more employment opportunities for people of the global majority.

Every two years, we offer two places to recent graduates to join the company as a Junior Dancer for two years. During this time, Junior Dancers are truly members of the company. They take part in daily company class, rehearsal and creation processes, touring across the UK and internationally, teaching across our education programmes and intensives, and receive one-to-one mentoring and feedback from our artistic team.  

Our Junior Dancer Programme is currently by invitation only.
