We’re pleased to welcome three new members of our board of trustees, with expertise ranging from Marketing & Communications, Career Coaching, to Film & TV Directing.
Christelle Kerouedan
With over 25 years of diverse experience spanning medical research, life sciences, tech, and sustainability across academia, startups, SMEs, and communications agencies, Christelle empowers professionals to make informed decisions for healthier, happier lives and thriving careers. Christelle is a dedicated advocate for sustainable living and ethical business practices, driven by a passion for enhancing individual and organisational wellbeing.
Marshah Dixon-Terry
Having had an extensive career in Human Resources, Organisation Design, Learning and Organisational Development, working for organisation including City of London Police, Homes England, NSPCC and Versus Artritis, Marshah is committed to co-creating and collaborating with organisations who are committed to developing inclusive and diverse organisations with a strong focus on belonging. Marshah brings her visionary, strategic and tactical experience of people leadership and organisational culture in a range of organisations to her role at Phoenix.
Dominic Leclerc
A film and tv series director, Dominic was recently lead director of Sex Education (Eleven / Netflix) and directed several series of Skins and Shameless (Channel 4). Before his screen career, Dominic was a theatre director and choreographer, working at the National Theatre, Royal Shakespere Company, Donmar Warehouse, Royal Court, Regents Park Theatre, West Yorkshire Playhouse, Sheffield Crucible and Scottish Opera.
