Ellie joined the team at Phoenix in September 2024 after working in arts marketing for several years.

Originally from the Midlands, Ellie moved to Leeds to join the BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance at Northern School of Contemporary Dance. During her time at NSCD, she found a passion for collaborative work across interdisciplinary art forms, alongside developing her own skills in comms and video production. She graduated in 2019 and worked as a freelance marketing executive on several projects, as well as a freelance dance artist for video production. In 2021, Ellie joined the marketing department at NSCD, where she worked for three years.  

Ellie is passionate about promoting the multi-faceted opportunities the dance sector has to offer and looks forward to working as part of the team here at Phoenix to promote the outstanding work being produced by the company.
