Marie joined the team at Phoenix Dance Theatre in 2025 as Interim Operations Manager, bringing a background in community arts, project coordination, and organisational support across both arts and care sectors.

With experience at RJC Dance, she has supported administrative and HR processes with a focus on inclusion and empowerment. Her academic background in Psychology with Law underpins a strong understanding of people, systems, and wellbeing. Marie is passionate about empowering the workforce, effectively utilising and uplifting individual skillsets, and developing company-wide progression.
