Marshah Dixon-Terry

Marshah partners with current and emerging leaders to be and feel successful in their careers and organisations.

A proud Black British Londoner of St. Lucian heritage, she has a huge passion for the arts and is proud to be a trustee at Phoenix Dance Theatre.

Having had an extensive career in Human Resources, Organisation Design, Learning and Organisational Development, working for organisation including City of London Police, Homes England, NSPCC and Versus Artritis, Marshah is committed to co-creating and collaborating with organisations who are committed to developing inclusive and diverse organisations with a strong focus on belonging. Marshah brings her visionary, strategic and tactical experience of people leadership and organisational culture in a range of organisations to her role at Phoenix.

As the Founder and CEO of MDT Career Coaching, Marshah loves working with a diverse range of leaders with different life and career experiences – a big passion of hers – to be themselves, develop and thrive.  She has worked with clients in a range of sectors, including financial services, grant making foundations, health, higher education, legal, media, retail, technology and the arts.  She delivers innovative one-to-one and group career coaching programmes, transformative career workshops and leadership development programmes.  She also delivers speaking engagements on the importance of working on your career.
