Meg joined Phoenix Dance Theatre in 2023 as Operations Manager, moving to the Learning and Development team in 2025 to cover the Head of Department position.

Meg trained in professional dance at The Arts Educational School Tring Park, leading to a career in performance, teaching, choreography, movement direction and theatre production/ She also completed a degree in Film and English Literature at the University of Southampton, and a master’s in Journalism. Media and Communications at Cardiff University, and worked extensively in charity operations and events/project management.

Dance and theatre teaching credits include the Rose Theatre (Youth Dance Director), Pavilion Dance South West, Southampton University, Winchester School of Art and a variety of dance and theatre schools across London, Bristol, Bournemouth and the South West. Meg has also taught dance for several primary schools and community arts groups, and choreographed musical theatre productions in London and Southampton.
