From a young age Vicci decided to pursue a career in Dance, after graduating with her BA Hons in Dance she performed and taught across the UK. In 2009 Vicci moved to New York where she completed the 3 month International Student Visa Programme at Broadway Dance Centre, after this remaining in the United States for a further two years. After returning to the UK Vicci completed her PGCE and started to work in local high schools delivering GCSE & BTEC Dance and also being part of the pastoral and safeguarding team.

Vicci joined RJC Dance as their Youth Dance Coordinator in 2014 where she had the opportunity to choreograph for events such as Leeds West Indian Carnival, World Triathlon and choreographing in partnership with Phoenix for BBC 1Xtra concert at Leeds First Direct Arena. In 2018 Vicci moved back into education as Head of Year and tutor while being very active in promoting dance opportunities for her students. Vicci has a passion for making dance accessible for all and alongside her full-time roles has always taught in local community settings.
