Jose Agudo’s first work for Phoenix Dance Theatre is a tale of one boy’s journey to become legend. Inspired by Genghis Khan’s extraordinary life story, Ki is a ferocious, ritualistic solo which uses powerful, physical dance to show a man seizing control of his own destiny.
