Locked In Vertical was the first piece by acclaimed choreographer Isira Makuloluwe to debut in the UK, when it premiered in September 2010 to critical acclaim. Famed for his inventive, stylish choreography, Makuloluwe’s Locked In Vertical sees four dancers coil and turn their way through a breathtakingly fluid work. Danced to an abstract score by composer François Caffenne, it’s an evocative and highly technical dance performance.
