Illuminate Dance – Freelancer Callout

Here at Phoenix Dance Theatre, we work with a wide pool of freelance dance artists across our Learning and Development provisions.

Through our inclusive dance provision, Illuminate, we deliver specialist dance sessions and training for young people with additional needs. As the provision expands, we are looking for freelancers to join our delivery team in Leeds. We have opportunities available for a Lead Artist and Assistant Artists. Opportunities could range from teaching in our weekly classes to delivering outreach workshops in schools and community settings, delivering intensives and holiday provisions, or covering work.

As part of our commitment to providing opportunities to local dance artists and teachers in the North, we’re always keen to hear from people who would like to work with us and help to deliver our classes, workshops and outreach activities.
