Autumn Tour Dates Announced

Triple Bill 2016 A5 Flyer

Phoenix Dance Theatre is delighted to announce its upcoming Autumn tour dates for the Company’s diverse Triple Bill 2016 as part of their continued 35 anniversary celebrations.

Works by choreographers Itzik Galili, Kate Flatt, Sharon Watson and Caroline Finn will be performed in triple bills which vary from venue to venue. In a fitting commemoration of the 400 anniversary of Shakespeare’s death, his timeless themes of desire, duplicity and unrequited love are brought to life in Kate Flatt’s Undivided Loves.

In contrast, world-famous Dutch/Israeli choreographer Itzik Galili will rework his piece, Until.With/Out.Enough, which explores the concept of the enclosed space that exists within our minds, as part of a co-commission with The Royal Ballet and Phoenix Dance Theatre.

The quirky piece Bloom by Caroline Finn explores the darkly comic sides of life and Phoenix Dance Theatre’s Artistic Director Sharon Watson‘s acclaimed aerial dance piece Melt explores fire and ice.
